Master Stylist, Colorist, Make Up Artist & International Speaker
Rose Marie DiCriscio, CEO of Allanté Hair Designs & Spa, Inc., is a veteran in the beauty industry. Her experience and “can-do” attitude set her apart in the beauty and wellness field. For over 25 years, Rose Marie has inspired others in the latest hair trends, and she has motivated stylists to create amazing color and cutting techniques for clients. Her experience, talents and drive have led her to be recognized with the titles of Master Stylist/Colorist/Make-up Artist, Motivational Speaker, and Marketing Guru. Her styling methods are unsurpassed.
Since “education is never lost,” Rose Marie is committed to “never stop learning”—and she has maintained this commitment to professional development throughout her career. She began her career by enrolling in evening classes at Pittsburgh Beauty Academy. After completing her program, she put her graduation money toward further schooling for her cosmetology teacher’s license. She also took business courses at the University of Pittsburgh and Westmoreland County Community College, and she then earned her license in massage therapy.
Rose Marie, participant in the world-renowned Vidal Sassoon Academy, is proud to have trained under companies such as American Crew, Framesi, and L’Oreal Professional. She trained at Sunglitz, as well and later taught courses for the company at the JCPenney department store in the Allentown, PA area. She also taught razor and cutting techniques for Roffler Hair Products in 1988, which has helped her gain a large male clientele.
Using her extensive experience and education, Rose Marie established Allanté Hair Designs and Spa. Rose opened Allanté with only three stylists in the Old Route 30 Plaza in Greensburg. In 1997, she relocated Allanté a few miles away to Stark Avenue, where the salon and spa flourished into a Health and Wellness Center. Rose Marie developed and offered her own spa line, featuring scrubs and lotions. Allanté also now caters to a very diverse clientele, including several beloved Steelers and many local television personalities from WPXI, KDKA, WTAE and Fox News.
She credits education as one of the strongest contributors to her success. She has inspired and educated stylists for countless years. Rose Marie and her stylists consistently provide unsurpassed service to meet their clients’ every need.
Allanté stylists are trained in the latest techniques and trends, pioneering in the industry. With her clients’ ultimate satisfaction always in mind, Rose Marie ensures that Allanté stylists meet high training standards each year. When accepting a position at Allanté, stylists commit themselves to 100 hours of continuing education so that Allanté remains at the top of the beauty industry.
